The New York Post reports the intimate dinner will be limited to 100 guests who will pay $40,000 per ticket to say they broke bread with the "99 Problems" rapper and the most powerful man in the free world. The Sept. 18th dinner will reportedly be Obama's final campaign stop in NYC before the election.
